Rialto – Italian – Bern – Switzerland

Gemma May 13, 2017 Europe, Restaurant Visits Leave a Comment

Yes, it’s not traditional Swizz, but then again…….. The most popular food in Switzerland is Italian (So it’ kind of is traditional Swiss).

On a small small side street off the main plaza – there is an Italian restaurant called Rialto. Mainly serving Pizza and pasta, but that’s what we wanted.

Fantsatic Pizza, honestly, the best I have eaten yet. The pasta was fantastic as well. It was creamy, flavourful and not too large (I was actually able to finish the meal, which is saying something, considering I have the appetite of a mouse).

Brendon ordered a Ente (Hot salami, onion, mozzarella, garlic and tomato), which he was able to eat the entirety of as well.

I ordered a Gnocci with mozzarella, garlic, bacon, mushroom and oregano.

(F###in fantastic)

Highly recommended to visit in Bern.
